Shoaib is the current Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Treet Battery Limited and oversees total battery operations, including manufacturing, quality and R&D, sales and marketing.

With over 18 years of diversified experience, including 15 years spent in senior positions at Unilever in Pakistan and abroad, he is determined to develop an inclusive and consultative work culture that encourages the growth of future-fit teams. As the COO at Treet Battery Limited, Shoaib is spearheading a significant transformation by enhancing plant reliability, improving production output, and implementing a lean inventory model, resulting in record volumes.

Shoaib holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UET Lahore and is also a certified TPM instructor and continuous improvement leader. Shoaib’s innovative approach and strategic mindset have played a crucial role in driving the company’s success in the market.
