Treet Battery introduces its TPM program, dedicated to waste elimination and breakdown prevention. Implementation includes Autonomous Maintenance and CLTI with One Point Lessons. Launched at specific areas, this strategy enhances anomaly detection, prevents major breakdowns, and ensures peak performance. Daily CLTI activities engage the line crew and plant management, fostering improvements in MTBF, Predictive Maintenance, and OEE.
Safety First: Mock Emergency Evacuation Drill
Demonstrating our steadfast commitment to safety, our mock evacuation drills exemplify swift and efficient responses. Followed by fire extinguishing and fire hydrant operation drills, we empower our site departments with hands-on experience, enhancing their familiarity with emergency protocols.
War on Waste: Advancing Sustainable Practices
Our dedication to a sustainable future is evident in our resolute efforts to reduce, reuse, and minimize waste. We've addressed standard waste issues with focused team formations, extensive training, and targeted modifications. These efforts have led to a remarkable drop in standard waste. Innovative initiatives like sludge recycling and furnace pump modifications have further reduced year-to-date wastage.
Engineering Store: Elevating Efficiency and Spares Management
Highlighting our commitment to efficiency, the establishment of a formal Engineering Store has transformed spares management. Developed collaboratively with Site Engineering, TI, and commercial teams, this initiative aligns seamlessly with industrial norms. Our Engineering Store bolsters asset security, streamlines spares consumption evaluation, minimizes downtime, enhances productivity, and ensures timely access to essential materials.
